After a discussion with our Rwanda liaison, it became clear that a bellow would be an appreciated tool by those in the region.  The largest obstacle was that leather was not a readily available material making traditional bellows out of the question.  Taking inspiration from antique forge blowers I designed a 100% 3D printed hand blower. Part of the assignment was to create instruction booklets that could be followed by anyone regardless of language. A link to these instructions is below.
