Starting from an underused, unreliable 1.0 system, we rebuilt Vessel into a trusted design foundation: redefining styles, strengthening foundations, expanding components, and partnering closely with engineering for full parity. Through office hours, training, and real collaboration with the designers who lived in the system, Vessel became the default way of working. Custom-designed pages dropped from roughly 40 percent to under 5 percent, creating major efficiency gains across one of the highest-traffic healthcare platforms in the country.
